Service Agreement

Patients must adhere to all pre-treatment guidelines  that are emailed at time of booking provided by the clinic. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling or cancellation of appointments.

Payment Policies

All services must be paid in full at the time of treatment. We accept major credit cards, Bank transfers and cash. Refunds are not available for completed services.

Privacy Assurance

Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48  hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee  from £20 or equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Please review your  appointment confirmation email to give full details on cancellations.
