Radio Frequency Microneedling

Who is suitable?

Radio Frequency Microneedling can be used on the face, neck, hands and all over the body with excellent results! Skin is re-plumped and rejuvenated, fine lines and wrinkles are reduced and skin contours are redefined to create a youthful and radiant bloom. It is extremely successful in the treatment of the following:

Crow’s feet

“crepey” eyelids

Crepey Skin to the neck

Acne scarring
Wrinkles/fine lines around nose, lips, mouth

Rejuvenating the skin of the chin, neck, decolatage and hands

Reducing stretch marks

Who is not suitable?

Individuals who have:

Pregnanct or breastfeeding
Diseases requiring anticoagulant Warfarin or Heparin therapy
Acute or chronic infection

How does Rf Skin needling work ?

Ultrafine needles penetrate the skin to different depths whilst simultaneously releasing radiofrequency (RF) energy to heat the skin in a controlled manner, stimulating a wound healing response leading to the production of new collagen and elastin.

How many sessions will I need ?

Patients will see reuslts after 1 treatments , depending on the concern we are treating will determine the number of microneedling sessions needed. However, a minimum of 2 and up to 6 treatments at 4 week intervals, deliver the optimum results.

What results should I expect to see ?

Mosdt patients will start to see an improvement in their skin 2-3 weeks after treatment. Results will improve over time up to a 12 weeks period.

What should I expect following treatment?

The skin may appear red on the day of treatment . This has normally settled down within 24 hours. No make up can be worn the day of treatment, our practitioner will apply a tinted SPF   cover up if required.
